Energy is our power and our Life Force.  Sometimes that energy stagnates and needs a little help to shift its direction and that's where I come in...

I am an Empath and Healer.  

Which means I can feel much of what other people are feeling- past experiences, emotions, pains, and sometimes even thoughts.  I used to see this as "annoying and uncomfortable", until I realized that it is a powerful navigation tool, and a gift to be grateful for.  I've honed this gift into a skill over the past 20 plus years

I help people shift their physical, emotional, and spiritual pains into relief.  Many people with moderate to severe back pain have sought me out for help.   This area of the body has become an important focus point for me.  If you have other areas of concern, just let me know, I can help you with those, too!
